SingleSource launched in early 2022 as an online portal for customers of The Wilbert Group to pay invoices online, manage payment methods, create users, and manage email preferences. By the end of 2022, SingleSource will be a fully functioning e-commerce platform that will allow any customer of The Wilbert Group to get information about any product we offer; place an order for anything we sell; pay for anything we sell; track any order in real-time; and get immediate help with anything we do. One of the most exciting features of SingleSource will be real-time tracking and notification of product deliveries. For vaults and services, customers will be notified when the vault has left the plant, when it has arrived at the cemetery, and when the setup is completed.
